I needed my sewer system checked out as I always have damp patches in the back yard. Josh did an excellent job of showing me the system was perfect via a camera and went beyond in showing me the layout of my system. Pleasant and helpful. He let me know the cost before starting work. Highly recommended. Very smooth operation.

Josh was prompt and clear. He was able to sort out an issues with our shower/bath diverter, and took the time to talk me through other issues we may have as we have just moved in to a new house. We were able to replace two taps on the day, and are aware of any possible issues we may face in the future.

Lachlan and his team did an excellent job installing my new hot water system, from the initial meeting to the completion of the job, Lachlan and his team were friendly and professional in their field of work, having changed from gas to electric hot water, Lachlan and his team removed all the old gas lines and cleaned up the remaining lines to leave a clean finish, very happy with the service, if you need a new hot water system, gas or electric, I highly recommend samedaytrades.

Excellent service from William this morning. Very helpful in review of upgrading bathroom plumbing which was one thing I have wanted to do for sometime. Original issue in laundry was identified, showing me how to change from rain water to mains water for my washing machine until rain water pump is replaced and it rains enough to use again.
